Breathing Training Day-4, 5

 

Day-4

Still experienced the impact of cramps on my lower back. Didn’t do much. Just watched how my body breathed.

 

Day-5

————–

I couldn’t feel much energy. No magnetic sense on my lower abdomen. My wife caught a cold and she couldn’t sleep well because she couldn’t breathe through nose. I felt sorry for her. I also could feel my body fighting against cold viruses even though I didn’t have symptoms. I experienced lower energy and felt tired.

Since I decided to practice for 100 days, my feelings are not important. Feelings don’t indicate if I’m doing good or not because not feeling good is a part of the journey.
