A. If you want to work for some company, you should research about their mission and ideology, and ensure that their actions reflect these values. If you strongly agree with their ideology, then you should work there and learn. This is what sociology is.

No. So, the younger generation must begin studying this again. With what notion should you enter society? Based on that, opportunities may or may not be provided to you.
Your surrounding environment is created by you. Be thankful for your surrounding environment and absorb it.

Until now, we have been approaching society without knowing this. This is why we are facing hardships. Once we enter society, we must learn everything ourselves. No one can study this for you. Instead, you need to learn from the environment provided to you. We need to begin with the basics by determining what we need to study to develop ourselves and improve our abilities.
If you study this the right way for 3, 7, and 10 years, you will become a valuable member of society. Then, the way you are treated will change. We have not yet experienced this kind of treatment. You will only be treated as a human being once you become one. Why does a greedy man want such treatment? No such rule exists. We need to begin with the basics by determining what we need to study to develop ourselves and improve our abilities.

Your parents, on the other hand, are currently active members of society. You should be aware of this. The tools used by those who are studying and the tools used by those who are working differ.
A person who is studying must be diligent and live simply by washing clean the clothes they wear. This is the type of behavior that suits them. Instead, if they were to seek after the latest products and buy the most recent cell phone, it will not reflect positively on them. This will prevent them from meeting good people.
If you behave appropriately and put in effort, you will not face hardships; the Universe will prepare you with a bright future.
The Universe will look after those that behave appropriately. If you do, you will not face hardships; the Universe will prepare you with a bright future. Those that put in effort will never encounter hardships. If there is no one to offer us proper guidance, then the Universe will prepare someone who can do just that.
The Universe will train and send whoever is needed to this world. If the world is facing difficulties and there is no one for us to learn from, the Universe will cultivate a master whom we can learn from. The Universe will send out whoever is needed in that time period. People today are confused and directionless and for that reason, I was trained and brought into this world. I was put through many harsh obstacles to ensure my suitability for this role. I was told to “go out” into this world. Although I didn’t want to, I was persuaded into doing so. Once I had a look around, I realized that I had no other choice but to come out. Nevertheless, it was good that I did. (Clapping)
Do not blame others. Your thoughts have the ability to open the world, move the minds of people in front of you.
It must be tough for the younger generation to deal with our current society. However, it is just as difficult for society as it is for you. Regardless, we must embrace it. Even if it is difficult, you need to embrace it if you want to make society more enjoyable. This is a way of developing people of ability. If we put together our efforts, we can do it. If you are having a tough time, then you can find Seusungnim (the Great Mentor) as I, too, am your parent. There is no one in society that is not your parent.
Depending on whether you open up or not, you will have people around you. Do not blame others. Your thoughts have the ability to open the world, move the minds of people in front of you as well as make them evil. You may think you’re facing difficulty because the person in front of you has changed, but this is not the case. If you develop your mind and put in effort, your difficulties will never last long.
