Our consciousness is light.
We cannot see the light itself.
We only see the reflection of the light when it hits an object.
We easily confuse an object with the light reflection of it. So, we mistake ourselves as objects around us. Even thoughts and emotions are objects. I am the consciousness which observes the thoughts and emotions reacting to the environment.
Meditation guides us to feel, recognize and experience ourselves as the light. When we differentiate the object from the reflection of light, we will be able to change our lives.
I am in the seat of consciousness.
I am the pure light.
Things are showing up in our life because I have a duty to improve them and a karma to pay. My world perceived by my consciousness improves every day because I exist.
