Understanding an organization by designing its website

When I design a website for an organization or a company, I understand a lot of things about the organization/company.
Understand not only their business or brand but also how they communicate with each other, how passionate they are, how professional they are, and so on.
Sometimes I feel like putting a lot of energy to their organization by designing the website. I can feel that they work because they have to. There are much passion for their work. So, I have to drag all my passion to proceed web design work.
That’s why they ask me to do the work. I believe that it’s another way for me to contribute to the community. They must be handling a lot of stressful works. So they don’t have any extra willpower to work for the website even though they know it’s important. So, I help them by injecting extra energy and passion into the work.
They love when they see what I’ve done. I’m sure that they can focus more on other jobs as being supported by my work.
I also learn through the work. Learn about how each organization operates. And learn about how I can support organizations/companies. Sometimes, I feel like I’m their boss. Without giving orders, I encourage them and inspire them. It’s a good leadership training for me.
