Breathing Training Day-8

I had to practice my breathing sitting on a chair wearing a pair of jeans in a public place. I had no choice but to unbuckle my belt and open the upper part of the zipper to make enough space for the breathing.

It was not a perfect situation but I didn’t lose the rhythm of my practice. Every day, I feel how much I need to work on to improve my energy quality.
