All people in this country are intellectuals, but they just don’t know how to use their knowledge. This is the reason intellectuals don’t receive a proper treat from the people. We have to share our knowledge with people for we don’t know how each of us has fulfilled ourselves in different fields in depth. We have to share this with them respectfully. From the bottom class, the sweet potato and fish sellers, to the top class leaders, spiritual leaders, ministers, and monks. They are all intellectuals in their own field.
Street vendors who have worked for 40 to 50 years are also intellectuals who have accomplished in their field. If you are a monk living in a temple, reading many books and studying lessons of high priests of Buddhism, you are also an intellectual in that field. There is no difference between the former and the latter.
In this era, you will face the precise consequence of your doing. Respect the people who are right in front of and next to you.
Therefore, it is definitely wrong to get ground of others and look down on people. Someone might ask me, “But, why are we seeing these people still living so well?” Hucheonsidae (the second half of the cosmic year, after A.D. 2012) has just come. Starting from 2013, it is Hucheonsidae. It didn’t matter how we lived during Suncheonsidae (the first half of the cosmic year, before A.D. 2012), but in Hucheonsidae, you will face the precise consequence of your doing.
If you behave arrogantly without knowing this, you will be doomed by Nature. Your wealth is not to be in control of everyone else as the upper hand. If you show off what you are gifted, you will be stuck in difficulties. You will be punished by Nature for boasting how good looking you are. All of these people will be doomed.
So respect others. Respect the people who are right in front of and next to you. Otherwise, your life will be in difficulty. You are going to feel cramped by difficulties, as much as you would wish to die rather.
Everything is precisely coming out to the surface according to our quality of energy.
Your words are the measure of your quality of energy. This is the highest energy which is nonmaterial. We couldn’t say such a word “the quality of energy” in Suncheonsidae for our quality of energy were too weak to be called. However, in Hucheonsidae, everything is precisely coming out to the surface according to our quality of energy.
If you respect each other, they will give you the knowledge that they have fulfilled.
use in trying to speak highly of yourself. No one will acknowledge you. If you respect each other, they will give you the knowledge that they have fulfilled, and vice versa. For they will be of benefit to you, you must respect them. We should start organizing our society like this. “The Community Revitalization Movement Center” should start creating a society that respects each other. Do not be avid for what is not yours. Instead, find a way to get along well with the people around you. Put your effort in this just for 3 years. You will realize how your life changes. From the moment you hear this message, try it for 3 years. Your life will change.
I can see it already that some of you might come to me and say, “Seuseungnim, my life hasn’t changed at all even though I tried very hard for 3 years.” The effort is for you to change, not for the result. If you try something for your own benefit, you can’t change yourself. Make a plain effort for your change. You will find yourself changing before you even realize it. For those who are sick should not try this to build up their health either. Because it won’t help. Just try it for yourself. Every difficulty in your life will be in recovery before your realization. Your appearance will look even more beautiful. Just keep on trying with no expectation.
The fact that you are expecting something out of this means you are wanting something without your proper effort made into. Grand Nature will empower you precisely with no chance of error from how much effort you have put into. Your face will tell everything; whether you have been greedy or honest with your behavior. Your face tells everything in detail.

If you notice your complexion getting dark in two months, you have lived with a greedy mind, unhappy with yourself being unappreciated by people. Perhaps you have been too much achiever to give a good impression to people. You can find it from your declining health condition that something must have been wrong in your doing. This is why you get yourself into difficulty.
If you make someone’s life more difficult, you are the one being punished by Grand Nature.
It’s not that you faced difficulties because you didn’t believe in God or Buddha. This is about what you’ve done to the person right in front of you that was wrong. Instead of fulfilling your duty, you tried to take control of the person. If you make someone’s life more difficult by this, you are the one being punished. This is Hucheonsidae, Jungbubsidae (an ear ruled by righteous law). We should know about this from now on.
If you are listening to this and find this message come home to your heart, practice this. Whoever acts on this will be blessed on the rest of their lives.
You can’t call this a life of Hongikingan without knowing this. It is a very important moment for us day by day. We call these people, “Daeseungbul.” The people whose life is their last chance to live as human-beings for the benefit of others and the society, and ascend to Heaven. You only have a few decades to live. No more time is left for you to beg and bow to God or Buddha. You will get a blow for doing this knowingly!
Realize that the person you see in front is the real Buddha! When you respect each other, the person in front will be your Buddha, and so are you to the person. If you are listening to this and find this message come home to your heart, practice this. Whoever acts on this will be blessed for the rest of their lives.

Our nation has 5,000 years of history, years of despair and agony. “April showers bring May flowers.” This is why we have acquired our knowledge to blossom it. The learned should live a life worthy as intellectuals. They should seek for the intellectual way of living. Otherwise, we will be facing tremendous consequences from not fulfilling our duties. Intellectuals should know how to respect others without looking down on them, respect citizens and the weak, and be convinced to live to benefit others.
We can do this. Start out from little things. What can we do to benefit our city and society? What should we do as citizens of this nation? Prior to quibbling over who was irresponsible for this or stigmatizing anyone, be aware that it was your own fault for not doing your job.
There is no second chance given for those who have given up to fulfill their duties. Once you hear this message, this will be our law to live by. Let’s all work on this and try for 3 years!
Though you are a citizen living in a lower class, there is no way to help you unless you do your job. The enterprisers also have their own job to fulfill as much as their quality of energy. The same rule applies to every citizen, it only differs by one’s own quality of energy. There is no second chance given for those who have given up to fulfill their duties. Once you hear this message, this will be our law to live by.
This is the way our nation should be. We are the sacred people. When you shine in your own position, this nation will shine. Unless the people of this nation shine, this nation won’t be able to shine either.
