Breathing Training Day-12: Breathing is like jogging

I realized that breathing is much like training for running. At first, jog very lightly. After a half mile jog, all joints and muscles are loosened up and warmed up. Then I find comfortable rhythm. When I want to run fast, I just increase cadence without disrupting my rhythm. I may breathe
