Music for My Inspiration: Reflection, Deep Focus & Upliftment

My Music List for Inspiration

Music is inspiring. It touches our soul.

When I was in college, I joined the classical music club. One night, I was sitting alone in the music room and listening to Beethoven’s Symphony number 9, a choral symphony. At the 4th movement, I cried. I couldn’t hold my tears at the climax. At the moment, I could visualize that an army of celestial beings riding white horses and chariots was descending from the mountain top above clouds. They came down like a gust of wind carrying banners of triumphant and victory for humanity.

After the experience, I realized that Beethoven expressed his personal struggling and liberation at Symphony number 5 and he expressed humanity’s conflicts and liberation at Symphony number 9. And, I guessed that he might intentionally closed his physical ears to escape from earthly noises and to focus on the celestial voices. I’m sure that the tune of the chorus part came from the celestial realm.

My Music Selections for Inspiration

Throughout my life, I’ve listened to all different genres of music. Music inspires me a lot. Sometimes, I listen to music to uplift my energy. Sometimes, to reflect on myself and my life. Sometimes for deep focus.

Whenever I find music that inspires me, I added them to my playlists. Let me introduce three playlists that I handpicked:

  • The first one is for Reflection & Prayer,
  • the second one is for Contemplation & Deep Focus, and
  • the third one is for Cheering & Upliftment.

The Benefit of Embedding YouTube Playlists

When I listen the playlists on YouTube, I have to watch commercials for 5 seconds or longer which interrupts the flow. Yet, when I embed the videos on a website, the YouTube algorithm doesn’t show commercials. Instead, it just shows banner ads. It doesn’t bother my listening.
