Breathing Training Day-2

I had a few moments when I paused before I spoke out and put the words on my dahnjon. I experienced that my energy changed in a moment. I stepped out of my habitual speaking pattern and had a silent moment which gave me strength and the capacity to understand others more. It’s strength to control myself and contemplate the situation in a bigger perspective. Yet, those moments were just a few times and I reacted based on my habit most of the day. Still I could feel big differences. I need to pay more attention to my speaking habits.

While I was driving, I could feel magnetic senses in my dahnjon for a few times.

I could feel my chest area (Im-maek, Conceptual meridian) blocked and I felt uncomfortable while I was focusing on my chest.
