First, you will schedule your Initial Coaching Session at the bottom of this page. You can select the best date and time for you.
For our coaching session, please prepare yourself 5 minutes before the session begins. Choose a place where you will be able to focus on your topic undisturbed for 45 minutes. Before the session, stretching or breathing exercise will help you to focus and clear your mind. Then, you will receive a phone call from me.
Also, you will need a pen and paper to write down what we will discuss during the session (your goal, your next plan, tips and so on).
