Please, prepare yourself 5 minutes before the session begins. Choose a place where you will be able to focus on your topic undisturbed for 45 minutes. Before the session, stretching or breathing exercise will help you to focus and clear your mind.
Begin to think about what you want to discuss during the session (your goals, challenges, plans, and so on).
