My Jungbub Journal – Fifty First Day of Dong-ahn-guh (winter meditation retreat)

Submitting our proposal

I submitted our proposal to Hawaii Lawyers’ Fund project. It can be our first major web design project. We’ve made several websites for small businesses. But this project is a State Government Level project.

My wife and I are excited. I re-wrote our previous proposal template and deliberately described what we can do. Also, we set the quote at a reasonable price.

I learned from Jungbub not to be attached to the result. I still regard myself as a student learning about web design & marketing business for 3 years. And, this chance might be a meaningful test for me.

If I’ve grown enough to take the project, I will be chosen. If not, I should not be chosen. The problem is that I’m chosen for the project even if I’m not ready yet. It will create a disaster later.

This test is a part of my study. As the test came to me, I just took it. Then, I will continue to study. I am not attached to the result.

They will announce the result on March 7th. I will be still busy until then. Will focus on doing my job and my study.
